People need to be reminded these are not toys. And this company is not trying to compete with Star Trek:Attack Wing.

There have been a few threads here publicly bemoaning the cost and availability of that item. And I saw at least one of these on ebay for a price nearly equal to what this place is charging.
Looked at two or three of my ships yesterday for pricing. A little more expensive than I expected but if they look like that Pathfinder does in the promos, then they are worth it. A resin 3D printed collectible in the size and with the options they are offering is actually fairly middle of the road price wise. I've seen some comic book related collectibles with prices three or four times what is being asked for here. Somewhere down the road, the ship I purchase will become more valuable simply by not being available any more. At which point, it is no longer an expensive collectible.

These things are not an investment, because they are worth nothing to people who do not own that particular ship in this particular game. Your personal starship from an MMO is of little interest to anyone else because it lacks any meaning to anyone else and as such the value of it is only what you decide it’s worth. I’d be extremely skeptical of anyone claiming the value of these will go up over time, they are so specialised I just don’t think there is any market for them other than the initial owner.
I have to admit I like the idea behind this and I understand why the price is so high, but that won't stop me from wishing it wasn't. I wouldn't mind seeing a photo thread from people that have the disposable income to afford it and actually got theirs done though.

Was just thinking about other "model" hobbies I've looked at recently.
I used to play Warhammer Fantasy & 40k, I looked at the GW site last month - the larger Big Name Hero figures (fancy dude on their fancy mount; giant monsters; etc) are ~$130. For an unassembled, unpainted, plastic model kit. Basic squads of troops (again, plastic) are ~$50. A decent army, with options for how to set it up.... yeah, we could hit four digits there, for a dedicated fan. (let's not forget the cost of paint, hobby tools, terrain to play the game on....)
Fantasy Flight's Star Wars Armada game.... starter set (with one Star Destroyer & 2 Rebel ships) is $100. Each additional Star Destroyer (depending on type) is $30-50. And anyone playing a game like that wants a nifty fleet to mix-n-match with. Pre-painted plastic models, but more on a toy level than "collectable".
(Similarly, their X-Wing game... yeah, the smaller ships are ~$15, but my 'small' collection ended up being... 19 or 20 ships, plus the $30 Millenium Falcon. And there's dozens of ships that I never got, let alone multiple copies of each.)
Figure-wise.... Weta Workshop will sell you a 13" Haldir (750 produced) for $400. Hot Toys will sell you various 12" Avengers for $250-400+. Not custom work.
So I think the ships are expensive? Sure. Do I think it's unjustified? Not really. Would I ever buy one? Nah.
But, then, I also don't buy $130 Collector's Edition video games, either.
This is nothing more than a cash grab. 200-350 for a piece of plastic. I'd rather go buy a new xbox.
This is a Resin Printed Model which has to go through a rather complicated finishing and painting phase. As someone who has worked with 3d Printing as well as model building, 350 is an absolute steal if these things look like the sample pieces they've put out.
You're talking a couple hours to clean up and assemble the model and smooth it out from the printing. Probably can do a few of these at the same time but even then, it doesn't scale that well unless you add a bunch of people (also expensive).
Then you have to spray prime the entire model and wait for the primer to cure. If it's a $200 model, great you're done. Pack it and ship it. Net rate is probably something like $40 to $50/hr + materials
If you're going with single color. You have to lay down 1 to 3 coats of your material color...it may likely be a spray type paint which would probably take an additional hour or so for all the coats. Then apply a clear or protective layer and polish the whole thing.
Great that's 225$, Net rate is probably closer to $45/hour + materials
If you're going for the full detailed model...this is where i'm really surprised at the price. You've gotta deal with throw down at least 1 base coats of the hull color, then probably throw down masks and sealants for major color areas. This is a few hours at least. Depending on going down into further detail such as registries, and fine details, this may be done with printed decals they print or hand painted on...again another few hours of precision work likely with an airbrush. And this work is different for every ship. Based on the detail on the Pathfinder...for me would probably take about 5 hours of touch time + 2 hours of dry/cure time and probably another hour or so for whatever small detailing.
That's 350 bucks...so probably a rate close to 20 to 25/hr.
Take on top of that that CBS/Paramount and Perfect World all need to get their cuts. The rates are probably a fair amount lower.
So yea. You may not value a custom model, but for a lot of other folks, this pricing is a steal for people who collect custom pieces like these (not for investment for for fun/enjoyment).

Same company, gameprint is owned by mixed dimensions, gameprint seems to have been created entirely for Star Trek Online figures (so far), mixed dimensions also has other companies for 3d printing services through 3dcollectible and makeprintable.
If you're worried about where a company is in the world, just take a look at local taxation laws. 99% of the time that's the answer to odd locations.
I see in the patch notes that they updated the paint on the T6 Nagus especially for 3D printing.
Sadly they neglected to send me one that I might have become fond enough to print.
That is just their way of saying, you haven't spent enough money to earn one. :P Literally, those were given out to the whales that play the game, which we should all be thankful for because I bet those 10 DS9 voice actors didn't come cheap.

I've been waiting for about the same time.. I ordered mine in early March as well, still waiting...
I know everyone's angry about the whole price thing, but I've been wondering if Paypal is an accessible payment choice for GamePrint. I've tried to figure it out myself, but trying to get an answer for that one question is like trying to find a needle in a haystack for my case.
I'm curious & sorry if it has already been clarified somewhere & I missed it.
I've yet to create a copy of my character/account on that Tribble server, but can players have their ships 3D printed off of the Tribble server or just the Holodeck?
I ask because, in theory, Tribble offers better access to ships compared to the Holodeck.

Just enter the ship costume editor, the button is greyed out if the ship is not available.

Yeah, I had bought 2 of the Enterprise-A's with the lights (leds) but never got them finished. Still sitting in a box in my closet.
According to the Googles... you can get 14.5ft of wooden privacy fence installed for the cost of a painted custom ship!
