SystemSpecs.supportedDXVersionHResult changed from 1 to 0 in gameprefs.pref

After the Tribble patch on March 7, 2018, the entry SystemSpecs.supportedDXVersionHResult has changed from 1 to 0 in my gameprefs.pref file. I used diff to compare an old gameprefs.pref file with the new one. The old file was saved on February 9, 2018; the new file was saved on March 8, 2018. The first two lines below are from February 9; the last two lines are from March 8.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the following build:

Version: ST.82.20180111a.22
SVN build number: 219179
Tribble patch date: 02/09/2018
Launcher Version: CL_2018_02_07_09_52

2. Start the launcher. Launch the client. Log on to a character. Then, exit the client.
3. Make a copy of the gameprefs.pref file.
4. Install the following build:

Version: ST.85.20180304a.0
SVN build number: 220103
Tribble patch date: 03/07/2018
Launcher Version: CL_2018_02_07_09_52

5. Start the launcher. Launch the client. Log on to a character. Then, exit the client.
6. Make a copy of the new gameprefs.pref file.
7. Compare the old gameprefs.pref file with the new one.
8. Notice that SystemSpecs.supportedDXVersionHResult has changed from 1 to 0.
