Setup is mostly old school, centered around Gravity Well III. EPG is 485 unbuffed, with CtrlX of only 208, which provides a pull radius of 8.2km.
A few Temporal BOFF powers are included - Heisenberg Amp I, Channeled Deconstruction II, and Timeline Collapse I
As you can see from the parse, GW III and "pets" are tied at 21% of total damage each, but Aftershock GW brings the Gravity Well total up to 27% of total damage. DRB II and Deteriorating Secondary Deflector each contributed a respectable 12%, and Delphic Tear was 5.6%. After that it's all small change.
In the "pets" category, Timeline Collapse is 50% of the total, with Anti-Time Entanglement Singularity at about 34%. ATES is an Active Reputation trait, from the Temporal Defense rep.
So, for all the fancy new hoohas and googaws, Old School still works. Science Uber Alles.
