I've already seen people in general discussion saying how ugly it is. Way I see it, ugly is in the eye of the beholder. I don't find it ugly at all and will be grinding for it on both accts. Besides, Jhanell needs ships. Hopefully one of the giveaways is a lower-tier (5 or down).

Nice ship, I'll definitely go for it. But c'mon, excuse for using a generic bridge is super lame. How come lockbox/lobi ships have special bridges that every faction can use, hmmm?
The NX Lobi ship did not come with a unique Bridge, though many thought for the price it should have.

Not the most attractive of ships but it does seem like the ugly tree needs some looking after beating the hell out of those fed MW ships on their way down.
Think the ones in the show were mostly fairly small light escorts thrown together by the resistance and then adopted by the militia so the design is in keeping with that.

Also, about the wings, since they're also atmospheric aircrafts, wings can help with maneuverability. And I don't think Bajorans have dedicated spaceborne shipyards (unless you count DS9, but even then, it's not really a shipyard, it just has some features of shipyards).
it is ugly... it has wings... for space. the design is junk. some designs look good... but if you think about them practically.... they are design mistakes that would never work in real life. some you can roll your eyes and forget about it and just let it go... this... no so sure. not saying I wont grind it out... just that it doesnt seem like they spent any real time designing this ship at all.
Of course Cryptic didn't spend any time designing it. Because it's not theirs. It belongs to Paramount or CBS.

There are the smaller sub-light raiders and then there are impulse raiders which this is. Considering that the sub-impulse raiders are only meant for 2 people, a pilot/sensors operator and a navigator/engineer and weapons operator at the same time. The larger versions are probably not much bigger than a runabout and only the wings make em look larger since that vehicle is meant for atmospheric flight.
if this is a much larger version than that in DS9 impulse raider. i mean i wouldn't mind it in the ship list but i wouldn't care for it either. 1k tokens for a uprated shuttle and at that yet another escort isn't my idea of interesting.
Cryptic should of gone for the larger Bajoran impulse ships, triangle shaped, two nacelles and two impulse reactors on the backend of the triangle, at least it is a decent size.

hey arent the bajorans a part of the fed? so why do klinks get this ship too? or roms for that matter since they cant get any other fed T5/T6 ships.
cause cryptic has very little time to spead on non fed things and they probably think bajorian ship is not really gonna sell, so make it an event with the excuse they feds have largely finished the assimilation of the bajorian so they don't need bajorian stuff anymore.
the ship looks fine and while not useful for me personally the trait/weapon/etc, looks decent. though the blog makes me feel like starfleet sent me an unsolicited d*** pic. did it really need to be worded like everything the bajorians have is cause the feds?

Now this bird could suit a klingon pirate and might push my fedrengi out of the d'kora a2b dbb boat (battle mode is nice, but I wouldn't miss it considering it switches seemingly at random sometimes)
..and more heavy weapons options are nice (by the sounds of it , this might be a kinetic or a plasma) and the domino might have limited off ship use (it really should be all energy or dis/plas/phaser for the passive though as I have yet to meet a kdf who phasers (unless trolling) )
When utilized with other equipment from the Defense of Bajor, it can gain the ability to hinder enemy maneuverability and lower their resistances while providing boosts to your own maneuverability and resistances.
I'm loving the 5/2 layout. Also, I think it's an attractive ship. Great for both space and atmospheric combat. I just might have to roll up a Bajoran room now...
