The Iconian Resistance Armor outfit, is it available for the bridge officers?

I realize certain outfits in the Reputation System are not available to customize with bridge officers. However I found they can equip the helts like the one that comes from the Temporal Defense Iniative Operative set. Also I found out that the pieces of the Terran Taskforce Special Ops set is avialble for your crew.

So I was wondering, is the Iconian Resistance outfit available for the bridge officers to customize? It's the outfit that has shinny red lines and earmuffs/visor.
