Pesky limitations of Fleet Colony Holding (ground location improvements)

Hello, My fleet very much likes the new colony holding and all the fun visuals and services available there! It's a fun place to meet and launch PVE from too. However, there are 2 'issues' you could fix that would make it perfect!

1) ability to change specializations from the ground or orbit of the colony. Right now we need to go all the way back to Alpha Quad to change specializations. This is a pain. Please let us change specializations on the colony ground map!
2) if we start a team PVE or mission on the colony ground together, when the pve is over (undine assault for example), you're not returned to the same place, or even on the ground at all but in orbit or alpha. If a teams starts at the colony, then does 'The Breach', we should all come back out at the colony (ground map) too...same place. Having a return point somewhere else is odd. It makes everyone want to go somewhere else.

If the above could be fixed, the colony would be so easy and fun to coordinate fleet activities from!
