Question about traits and winter wonderland

Sorry if this has been asked before, but do traits- ie personal, class etc have an effect in the wonderland?

I know you can’t use abilities and weapons from the outside, I think I tried testing the traits and skill point locations last year but couldn’t really tell.

So traits, skills and even doffs in active ground slots is what I was wondering?

I know the speed-related traits have an effect in Wonderland (one from the Delta rep, another from the Terran rep, maybe a couple others). I slot them most years to get a bit of an edge in the race. So I'd guess that most other traits are active there, though I'm not sure which would be most useful around snowmen. Maybe a bit of regen since kit healing powers aren't available.

Don't know. Don't care. I don't need 'em for Winter Wonderland.

My level 11 Reman seems to be doing just fine. Created just for kicks, not sure if I am actually gonna delete that character or not.
