Duty Officer for crafting weapons

I just perchased an Ultra Rare Dudy officer on the exchange for alot of EC, I wanted to use him to craft weapons, but I am not able to use him, I just noticed he has a Klingon emblem on him, does that mean he can only be used on a Klingon toon? if so please advise on how to move him to my Klingon toon without killing him, I paid 2,500,000 EC for him.

    Yup, Feds can't use KDF doffs.
    Just repost on the Exchange and hope you get your money back.
    You should be able to mail him to yourself if you want it on your KDF toon.

    You cannot put Doffs in the the Account Bank. It is only for "items", not "personnel".

    You cannot craft Accelerators and Catalysts. They are random drops from the R&D Packs purchased from the C-Store.
