How do I give EV suits to members of my Away Team? The suits are in my inventory.

Drag it to the boff's "body" slot. This will place whatever armor they are wearing into your inventory.

I tried dragging the environmental suit icon from the Inventory box to the bodies of other Away Team members and I tried dragging the EV suit icon to the ground. It didn't work. How do I equip my Away Team members with EV suits?

The ev suit replaces the Armor, Drag the suit to the armor slot and it will equip.
