Is anyone being forced to reinstall the game?

I was playing just fine yesterday. When I loaded up the Arc client all my game pathway defaults were changed. Even just using the STO client forces me to download a 22GB patch, which I think is the whole game.

    That is the whole game. Are you sure that the game or client files weren't corrupted?

    The files are fine

    I copied the files from my previous install into the new Arc client pathway and everything works fine now.

    It was just a little annoying for them to do that.
