Maybe you guys could make a T6 Avenger Sentinel/Vanguard class ship. It's an interesting looking cruiser, but the bridge layout was awful (probably due to inexperience with bridge layout back then 2012?).
I don't think a 'Retrofit' version of the Avenger would make much sense. The Retrofits are (as far as I know) the Tier-5 versions of ships available at Captain rank and below, while the base Avenger is already a Tier-5 ship.
Same with Refits, which seem to be upgraded versions of ships in the same Tier. An 'Avenger Class Refit' would likely be a Tier-5, just like the base.
As others have said, the Arbiter is the T6 version.
Bonus, the fleet Arbiter has a unique(-ish) design, lining up pretty closely with the Avenger (If you hadn't already gotten the Avenger to use the skin of anyway)
Yeah as aid there is already a tier six avenger, though there is not that many other cruisers from the pre-tier five ranks that have not had a update to tier six. The one I would love to see if the heavy cruiser get a update to a tier six ship, thought he mw-ships feel like they might have been created with some influence of the heavy cruiser type. (mind you not saying the advance heavy cruiser, but the older heavy cruiser.)
I loved the Constellation class in the TNG series, but I was disappointed to find that it was an engi heavy ship in game, just looking at the stats of the Fleet T5U version pretty much turns me away from wanting it.
Sorry, I was thinking of Emissary/Sentinel/Vanguard class, not Avenger. T6 Emissary/Sentinel/Vanguard class.
Ahh that I can understand. Though most see the Odyssey class, which are called star cruisers as the new star cruiser that took over for the older (an to me better looking) star cruisers. This and the heavy cruiser are the two cruisers I would love to see brought back.

But the Odyssey doesn't allow you to use the Sentinel/Vanguard models. It was just a thought.
Yup, I know what you mean, I would like the samething. As the star cruiser is in the same boat as the Advanced heavy cruiser, and heavy cruiser. They can't use each other models, and the advanced heavy cruiser is the version that is used more often.
Honestly just allowing the ability to switch between star cruiser aor oddy model would be nice, or in my case the heavy cruiser and advanced heavy cruiser would be very appreciated. I believe they did something like this before, where a ship had the ability to switch between the standard model an a costume model. Like the idea of having a option in the ship-tailorer that allows you to choose between using either the star-cruiser/heavy-cruiser frame, or the oddy/advanced heavy-cruiser frame, which would actually take some dev time (worth it or not is debatable.) to implement.
I agree that bridge officer layout would not be ideal today, but I LOVE the skin. I'd love it as an option...
Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

I'd have really liked the T6 Gal & Gal-X to have more versatile seating. Really needs a Lt. Cmdr Uni seat so I can slot Grav Well. It's damp squib compared to all the other T6's now.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

I can understand wanting a lt.com uni on the gal, since it is more of a jack of all trades type ship, even if a slight lean on engineering, though to me the Gal-x should have been more tactical leaning to me as that would match the role it seemed to have in the episode/setting.
Though i will say that i would love if they had it that if you owned ships that had lance-type weapons, such as the gal-x's spinal lance, that it would give you the ability to buy a lance-based heavy/experimental weapon. Yet I would have quite loved if the dreadnoughts had a experimental/heavy weapon slot.
It would be fun if the devs allowed us to use the heavy-cruiser parts on the Mw-ships, or as I have said before able to switch of a heavy-cruiser frame work that we can use the parts on instead of the mw-frame, as they do seem to be created along the same general design style. My one big issue is that I wish the gimmick of the mw-ships were less of a random choice, and more that specific ability combos were linked to certain mw-abilities, but that they had a internal cd to stop spamming them too much.

It can use the T5 parts even if you don't own the Avenger.

i remember another thread like this over a month back, had a picture of a t4.5 star cruiser.
yes here it is: https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1234183/demand-for-a-t6-emissary-star-cruiser
Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
