New Idea for a fleet holding

So I was discussing this with another player online; we both think this is a good idea. There should be another fleet holding at ESD (and one at the klingon starbase). Offices for the players to use while they're at ESD; buy, sell, etc. We were thinking it would look great thru one of the large doors on the mezzanine at ESD (the large ones on either side of the memorial).

I was talking with Hawkey today and I think its a great idea! Maybe a shuttle from the shuttle bay at ESD could take you to other holdings as well.
