Suggestions needed: Optimal Setup for Science Overlord

in PvP Gameplay
I run a quantum torp / science / temporal boat that does considerable damage. I’m happy with everything else (consoles, traits, abilities) but I’m not sure I’m running the optimal setup with my engines, deflector, etc. I’ll post what I have and seek some feedback below.
Competitive Impulse Engines
Massive speed boost every time I activate a science ability, which I’m running like 8 of, yes please.
Temp Warp Core / Deflector
I like the 2 pc 25% dot bonus, applies to a lot of my temporal dmg and special clickies. I know about the Terran Core, but I don’t really need all of the power over 125, as I don’t focus on energy weapons. I only need the aux boosted for my sci, which the temp does. I might be missing out on something if I chose individual pieces over the 2 pc bonus, you tell me.
Delta Shield
I have gone over every rep shield. They all seem to have comparable stats. This one was suggested to me.
What do you think? Are there better options for my situation?
