For 100,000 Expertise it you could put in a common duty officer, instead of unsuitable.


It's also missing Recruitment Commendation points.

Any assignment involving getting a Bridge or Duty officer being gained should (in my opinion) automatically have Recruitment Commendation points. The other Commendations points are secondary.

It is possible for assignments to award commendation points from two different Commendation Categories.

Support Rolor Nebula Colonization Efforts for example awards 58 Colonial Commendation points and 33 Recruitment points.

Recruitment is a huge pain in the TRIBBLE to fill out. My AoY toon is still working on it. The doff missions that give it are few and hard to find. And I'm not just going to dismiss a giant pile of common doffs just to get some Recruitment XP.
