Cannon: Scatter Volley III (-50 acc to cannons!?!?!?)

Hey everyone. First of all forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place, and mods please move this post to the correct place if needed.

Now... as the title says... Ive only just noticed either a visual glitch bug... or quite a penalising bug within the game. And thats with the ability Cannon: Scatter Volley III.

According to its description, its only supposed to penalize cannons accuracy by 30. However, if you use the skill then hover your mouse over your weapons in the tray... you will notice that your cannons acc rating have decreased by -50.

I have checked to see if this is the case on the lesser of the abilities ie. Cannon: Scatter Volley 1 and Cannon: Scatter Volley II, and both seem to be working as intended. The problem only seems to be affecting Cannon: Scatter Volley III.

For us cannon users... this is quite a penalising hit to accuracy. Am I the only one having or seeing this problem? Can someone else also check their cannon accuracy rating has decreased so much? If so... then Devs... can you fix this please? I feel nostalgic to my usual 1st place in CCA.

Hmm... I wonder why I am getting -50 to my cannons with CSV3 then. Ive just tried to change ships through a few of my escorts. Same thing on all of them. Can anyone else try to replicate the same issue I am having?

The penalty is too high anyway you look at it. FAW and CSV are extremely handicapped.

Ok... so the latest update (PC Patch Notes for 9/21/17) has fixed this. Thanks Devs
