Vorgon Carrier Missing hp

Hey guys. So I recently got my vorgon carrier and put most of my build. It initially had 143k hp. After upgrading my anti-chronitron beam it dropped to 130k. Can you please help me pinpoint what happened? Will post pics of the build. (or what's most of it)
