Mirror T5-U veteran ships

I been thinking it would be great to reintroduce the Mirror Ships on new lockboxes, and i'm thinking it would be great to have these included;

Chimera
Peghqu
Daeinos

Obviously they would have different seatings, sci or eng, and no console, veterans would have a new choice of materials, and an alternative build, and normal players can have the models, and a new ship to use, beside the fact that a lot of people will want to buy keys, to have the Premium T6 ships, and the secondary ones, so win-win

There are a few problems with that suggestion.
Maybe cryptic hates mirror ships or something but those aren't upgradeable, so they would be stuck at T5.
Without their console the vet ships are subpar escorts, that mode switch and the two special clickies are their only saving grace.
Cryptic really does not like the idea of non-gold members flying those things, in the past f2p people could still buy the fleet version but that also got changed quickly.

Offering a T5 veteran ship to non veteran players, even if it lacks the console?

I do not think that will go over well with veteran players and there is no need for these Mirror Universe ships to exist.

MU ships are basically variants of the free ships you get in the game as your character ranks up. I prefer to keep them that way.

Only if we include a MU T6 Connie for us unlucky/spacepoor players.

Ahem! The Duvqu' and the T5-U version have BEAUTIFUL cannon hardpoints mounted on the ships, thank you very much!
