Vanity Shield Effects Not Hidden When Cloaked

I don't know if this issue was introduced with Lighting 2.0, but it appears to affect all the vanity shields. Some screenshots are below, but I see the same problem with all of them.

As you can imagine this makes it very difficult to easily see whether you're cloaked or not, especially in the heat of battle.

This bug is quite old. I reported the issue with the Reman shields in 2015.
