Q on Temporal Agent Starter Pack

With the sale on, I'm considering the Temporal Agent Starter pack (T1 Connie, Ripped uniform, Paladin BC and 0718 BOff) but was wondering what the breakdown is? Specifically:

- Is the ship single character or an account unlock?
- Is 0718 an account unlock? If not can he be traded between alts?

Any info would be a appreciated!

    Both are account unlocks, but only usable by federation and TOS characters.

    Just a heads up.

    Possibly because he's an android, you find him under items on the c-store.

    You sure the 0718 is unlock?
    I think it's just once per every toon (Fed or TOS, but not even Romulan Fed allied) on account (also new toons in future) - that's what is stated in the Zen store description, so be carefull and don't discharge him...

    The funny thing is the Delta Pack BOFFs are true unlock, and can be reclaimed many times, but you can only have one of each active (unpacked) on a toon...

    But all Zen store ships are account unlocks (unless they are gotten from token on veteran rewards - i think)
