XMPP Chatsever unable to connect.

Somehow the xmpp port didn't make it through the extended maintenance.

Pidgin error message:

Youraccount@CrypticSpace.com/Alias disconnected
You require encryption, but it is not available on this server.
-

And if you are really really stupid and disable encryption in the account settings you'll get the shiny 'not authorized'.

    I'm just here to report this exact issue, same symptoms. Worked perfectly before Tuesday's extra-long maintenance, doesn't work after.

    Here to inquire as to the expected resolution of this issue. Around 24 hours since it has been working.

    Update: For me, it started working between 3pm and 5pm EST (noon to 2pm PST). I submitted a support ticket shortly after posting to this thread, but I haven't seen a response yet.

    Try again, and if it's still not working, submit a support ticket?
