Feasability of a back up and restore system?

Hi all..Was just wondering if it would be possible for a back up and restore system much like steam for all STO users so that when changing a system or due to some problem it would be much easier to simply back up and restore STO instead of installing and repatching the stock install of the game..Just asking here, as it would be nice to have a feature like that..
