Invisible item upgrade.

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I have a problem with an Item upgrade. I put a dielectric oscilation personal shield mark X in the upgrade and collect it in mark XI, bit i can't see it in the inventory or equip to mi char. When i push the item upgrade box the shield is visible, but can't be set for upgrade. I dont know why is that, but i dont have shield.

    I solve the problem yesterday. The shield went to a pile of stack items for overwheight for some reason. It was in there when i recieve other items that fill my inventory. Ty.
