-Breen Chel Grett from Phoenix Pack has no visible parts - many folks reporting the same issue

-Crystaline Shard Pet not usable, also from Phoenix Pack, also various people reporting

-Tzenkethi Battlezone broke just as on PC, same issues, impossible to beat due to Tzenkethi immediately retaking points (no balance).

Minor:
-Lukari Captain's Report per Lukari Reputation at DS9 - she is awkwardly standing in the center of the screen partially covered by the text box and the Lukari ship bridge she is on is extremely low resolution (looks like graphics from early 90's)

-Lukari Reputation has no background on unslotted projects (all other reps do)

-Tzenkethi Battlezone Accolades display Terran Logo on them incorrectly

Solanae Dyson Sphere: Travelling from Allied Zone to Contested Zone and travelling from Contested Zone to Undine Battlezone can occasionally crash the game (to desktop). (Reloading puts you in the zone you wanted to travel to correctly)

Add: Crashes while playing in the Undine Battle Zone

Subspace Wake Generator equipped on Risian Corvette doesn't show up in ability menu trays/ability not usable

Can confirm crashes on traveling from Allied zone to Undine battlezone 2/2 times so far.

Minor: typo in Mission journal and fleet logs when getting level 5 R&D Kits and Modules. Says Captain has been promoted to Notive Technologist. Should be Novice not Notive.

Patch notes: "The Duty Officer rewards from “A Fistful of Gorn” and “A New Warfare” now open into either the unique Duty Officer or a Duty Officer of up to Very Rare quality if the player already owns the respective unique Duty Officer."

Works on Fistful of Gorn. But on A New Warfare says "Unable to use personnel reward. No rewards generated" when trying to open The Doff pack. (The random reward on replay).
