8472 Counter-Command Agent accolade

Hello, i have i situation here. I am trying to get the 8472 Counter-Command Agent accolade but for some reason i can't. As you can see in the picture i have all set items. The shield and the armod i had them for a lond time rest i got now. Why i cant get the accolade ?

    I can only guess because you were a good little temporal agent and are now inflicted with the UR mk XIIi bugged rep store. It fails to unlock costumes too, and as far as I know has not been fixed (notice the accolade is specifically looking for Mk XII)

    Maybe a bug --- because it specifically lists Mk XII, and you probably got Mk XIII that was upgraded to Mk XIV now.

    Because they apparently still haven't fixed the mk13 bug.

    Unfortunately since you can't get a mk12 of the item anymore, you're SOL unless they fix the bug one of these days.
