Fleet Holdings Contributions to Armada fleets

So, my fleet, a T5 Beta Fleet, along with many other fkeets, rely on holdings contributions to determine promotions, at least with the lesser ranks, but the Primary fleet members who make contributions to another Armada fleet, does not reflect on the Primary Fleet's Roster holdings status. Is there anything in the works to fix this anytime soon?
