I think most, if not all of the newer systems from the sector space revamp (Betazed, Ferenginar, etc.) can be set as Foundry mission doors in STO currently, even if there have never been any official Cryptic missions or other content that takes place there.
Arc streaming sounds kinda simplistic, but I suppose that's perfect for novice streamers, who I'd guess mostly care about having a quick-and-easy way to stream their favorite games. Sort of like a 'just press Record on your iPhone' option as opposed to a more powerful, yet complicated setup (like a pro level camcorder where you have to actually read the manual in full to really use it properly).
