how do i fix the graphics bug?

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
i got a graphics bug that ocured after the 2016-12-01 patch , i can see my char halfly and my ship is just windows and i cant ses where on a ground map i am and i cant see the npc's or anything on any map,. please help me

    It looks like a DX9 issue maybe... I am having the same thing.

    have you tried running sto in safe mode? it could help you

    Yep if I ramp up settings it still happens

    hmm, thats odd, maybe todays patch will fix it? and force verify didnt work either?

    Nope and I hope so.

    As it stands i can just see enough to cover playing the daily race thats about it.

    Had a same problem and fixed it by turning Lightning setting to low....
