ANSWERED: Bad code to redeem Artifacts reward!

Just wondering if others have this issue. I went to claim the reward for the new Artifacts and when I submitted the code I got the message "This code has expired" . Anybody else having this issue?



Edit and update by @midniteshadow7 :
The promotion was cancelled as it was found that it could be exploited and there are no current plans for any replacement codes for those who have not been able to redeem it prior to it being pulled.

    Yep, same here: 'Please input valid code' with the code copied directly from the email they sent.

    Despite having the same email linked to the same account since beta, I've never received any emails regarding STO - I've even had customer service check and recheck and reenter my email address to confirm that it's the correct one - but still I've gotten nothing, so they had seriously better not be doing some free giveaway via email, if they can't fix the issue of some players not receiving emails.

    Just found that code (in my spam folder, strangely)... it's apparently invalid.

    I also cant redeem cant even find the code anymore. I checked email and nothing there from the game in the last week. most recent is 10 days ago.

    Did you check spam? That's where mine was.

    Everything under the Notifications tab is enabled in my Arc settings. Some people said they had an option to disable mails under the language tab in Arc settings but I'm not even seeing an option to disable anything there. Just language choices.

    The code was at the bottom of this news, i was able to redeem it but i forgot to check if i got the stuff.

    Got the e-mail today and tried the code. Code is expired.

    Yup... Nothing Saw a post with a redeem code on Facebook earlier but it looks like that was edited before i got home from work.

    Someone needs to learn how to do promotions.

    Doing it in secrecy or just randomly give it to a handful of people and lock everyone else out of it is not the way to go. This is really getting annoying.
