Is anyone else experiencing problems logging in after the last patch?

I log in and it patches and loads but all it brings up is a black screen with the version number at the top. I've tried a force verify. No help. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue. Only started after this most recent patch?

    No but I am experiencing a lot of lag and drops
