[BUG] Fleet Roster FPS Issue

When you check in the fleet roster info column any option that displays a date (i.e. date joined the fleet or last login) it no longer displays said date just 'once'. It displays that date over and over and over and over over over over over again (probably until it runs out of space).

And guess what? Said 'feature' really drains your fps.
