A year after the incident where Enterprise key crew were accidentally swapped with evil alternate universe counterparts, you are dispatched on planet Halkan to oversee a summit with Federation and Halkan Council. In few months, Halkan government switched view on Starfleet politics, especially when Klingons came to knock at their planetary door.
A tie in after TOS TV episode "Mirror, Mirror"
Insert point is Beytan system, beta quadrant.
You will start on Planet Halkan surface.
