Combined Federation Klingon Armada

Dear Devs, I am in a Federation fleet which has many members that also have Klingon & Romulan characters. We recently started a KDF fleet so that those members could all have their alternate personas band together in a "Sister" fleet. All our fleet members are REALLY hoping that you could adjust Armada Paramters to allow us to join these two fleets together in an Armada. Klingons, Romulans & the Federation have co-operated at times during the storyline, eg: The Iconians, Voth, etc so it seems only logical that there would be a faction of Klingons that may align themselves with a Federation fleet. Hope you can help us out with this guys.
