[Bug] Kumari Wing Cannons still un-upgradeable

just what it says on the tin

the AoY update was supposed to include upgrade functionality for voth transphaic-chroniton torpedoes and kumari wing cannons...except the wing cannons STILL can't be upgraded

even cannons pulled from a freshly claimed andorian escort have no upgrade option, so it's not a problem of the change not applying retroactively​​

    i won't be able to check for another several hours, so can anyone who owns one of the T5 kumari escorts check and see if today's patch stealth fixed this issue? (probably not, but one can hope)​​

    It appears that you have to be level 60 to upgrade the Wing Cannons currently. I do not believe that is intentional.

    huh...i never even thought to check on maxed-out characters

    well, thanks for checking - since i won't be hitting 60 on that character any time soon, i'll just have to wait for the fix​​
