"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
They're not temporal ships even though they come from an alternate timeline. Ok. You could say they're not intel ships either but some have intel. The Temporal Spec is the new thing so I think they ought to have temporal seats.
Lockbox ships usually mix two primary specializations (at least now that we have more than one primary spec). OFcourse, these are the first that are full-on Spec ships, so all bets are off.

^^^ This. I wouldn't be "surprised" if when the full stats are officially released in the next blog, (Probably after the 4th as I imagine Cryptic will be closed for the long holiday weekend.) we find out the second specialization is a lesser temporal seat. Further, like it or not, it makes sense that they wouldn't make it the primary of the two specs (let alone a commander level, which as mustrum said is kind of new for a lockbox ship at all) as it would then compete with the Temporal C-Store ships which come out on the same day.
Either way, and slightly off topic, with my odd mix of love/hate for the JJver... "Kelvin" timeline if I decide to pick one up I imagine the best time will actually be after the lockbox which follows this one ends its run. Aka when these ships are added to the infinity lockbox and their prices (hopefully) drop a bit. (Still can't believe I finally got a wells... and for so little. )Though admittedly that will be practically next year so quite a wait for anyone who really wants one while they are still the new shiny. On the bright side though by then we will know for sure how these ships stack up in-game.

As Zephram Cochrane once said, "That'll do, pig. That'll do." - April 1st 2015.
AFAIK the boff seats are not known yet. So I'm wondering where you got this idea that they won't have them?
They're not Temporal ships at all. They won't have Temporal seating. The Connie's a COMMAND Cruiser, indicating she'll have Command seating. The BoP's got Pilot Maneuvers, indicating she's most likely got Pilot seating. The Romulan Carrier's identified as an Intel ship so... Intel seating. And finally, the Vengeance is listed as Intel meaning... you guessed it. intel Seating.
My guess is we'll see Temporal seating on the next set of lockbox ships.
The birdies that told me these ships were coming, and were right about the consoles/traits, also told me there would be a lower tier Temporal seat on all these ships ...
They will all have lieutenant rank hybrid Temporal seating. If you know how to use Google, you can find info on these ships, it's been known for months at this point.
