What's the verdict on the Krenim boffs that reduce cooldowns? I've been using a tac one for a long time, thinking of getting an eng. one to replace my boffs with efficiency and rom defense trait. I've already got two of the sup. rom operatives. What do you guys think? Essential for reducing cooldowns or better to use something else like doffs for that purpose? Thanks.

I use one of the Krenim science bridge officers. Combined with the Timeline Stabilizer console, I have a remarkable uptime on DRB III (and my other exotic damage boff abilities), which is just great.

By themselves, I'm not so sure they are particularly wonderful. As anything else in the game, the real benefit is from a combination of abilities/doffs/whatever, to which a krenim bridge officer is but one of many cogs in your cooldown reduction machine.​​
