During the AOY Mission Painful Omens there are several Visual Effects bugs mainly in the Transporting and Changing Area Stages:
Lightbringer:
'Hunter' is already standing on the pad when your away team beams in, no Transporter Effect on him
Future Fates:
During the Evacuate K-13 Stage Scotty Moves off the transporter Pad whilst still in transporter effects
Zoning into the space stage all ships in the area show warp trails as if they have just warped in as well
