@sarcasmdetector and @darkknightucf I would also add Attack Pattern Delta to the list of powers to move down a rank. It's a "tanking" power (it even has an aggro doff) and most "tanking" ships can't use APD3.
Also, while not wanting a nerf to beams and FAW, I would like an expansion to the current meta and boost torpedoes and cannons (maybe, because they just got buffed). I do get sarcasmdetector's point and I agree. I just want a little bit more out of torpedoes and cannons. I'm all for more options.

Really, though, the bug fixes would go a long way for torps. I know only of the lack of the bonus critD not being applied to cannons when utilizing their BOff abilities, but I'll ask SoB if he can list any others.
