lockbox and lobi changes I wish cryptic would make.

1. At least make the promotional and lockbox Starship traits account wide unlocks when you open the boxs.. The console and the starship and the Admiralty card can all remain exclusive. But Many of these traits are very useful and quite powerful for a multitude of builds and it would be useful. So useful that I'd be more willing to try and get many of them. If there was someway to get them to my alts too with out out right gambling or buying them off the exchange for each character i have that may need them.
2. In the future and retroactively I believe any Lockbox BO ability should be in the LOBI store, but it should still be tradeable on exchange this would help drive their costs down. As well as promote less a feeling in players that your trying a quick cash grab for the next powerful BO ability. Because lets be honest it feels neither rewarding or a worthy investment to gamble only to get another box that again is gamble wither you get version of said skill.
