in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Was this removed or something? It no longer shows up in my available mission tab. Haven't seen it since before Thursdays patch.

Anyone else having this issue?

    Is the foundry up, and are you sure the mission isn't on cooldown?

    it's been 3 days since it's shown up in my "Available" list, and the cooldown is only 20 hours, so that's not it. The Foundry is up as far as I'm aware. You can still select Foundry missions, if that's what you mean.

    I had it active on a character already and when I logged it, I got a message saying the mission was dropped. Hopefully it is a bug and not intentional. I only play story missions in the Foundry, but the wrapper is a nice bonus. I hope they bring it back.

    Just played a Foundry mission, so it's working.

    Like I said, it's been since before the patch that I've seen the mission in my "Available" mission list. Just curious if anyone else is seeing it or if it's just me.

    Mine was also dropped. I think it's intentional.

    I never saw anything to say this mission would be removed nor anything to say why it is not showing anymore. Has it been bundled into the foundry missions themselves now?

    Doesn't appear that it even exists anymore. I'm not going to assume it intentional yet, rather I think it's a bug, or at least it is in my mind until I hear otherwise.

    It's been reported as a bug. People might want to chime in, to see if it'll get Cryptic's attention better

    Yeah i know i posted there to. But you can't find that thread in regular part of forum, just from search... And now in game i can see just 4 spotlight missions.

    Well, we're either looking at a bug or at a intentional change. If it's a bug then I'm sure the devs are aware of it (besides these threads, one of our foundry peeps is very active in reporting bugs to devs). If it's an intentional change then...speculation. It could be leading into something else, like a small revamp of some kind (for now, there is foundry dev time on the schedule) or it's just rebalancing rewards.

    I don't see why that would be necessary for the Foundry (do not kick the sick puppy, Cryptic :P), so take option 1 or 2 up there. Bug's by far the most likely guess, but revamp is what to hope for. In any event, that may be as close to "an answer" as you're going to get. :)

    Bipedal mammal and senior Foundry author.
    Notable missions: Apex [AEI], Gemini [SSF], Trident [AEI], Evolution's Smile [SSF], Transcendence
    Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!

    Yeah you are right this toon is lvl 18 and my other toon lvl 60 see full list...

    Cryptic you planning to address this issue with some form of response?

    You know we all could start repeatedly reporting it within the in-game bug queue. Each day submitting like 10 tickets. Just between us that could be like 50-100 a day?

    Just saying if they want to ignore it, make it to where they can't.

    Dev's aren't PR people. For the vast majority of things they patch the threads involved didn't get a personal reply back.

    But after that nothing... We'll see today after maintenance...

    It really is strange. Just in the last couple of days you have seen a lot of dev posts in threads about the new ships, which tells you they *are* reading the forums and *do* comment about things they personally care about.
