2 of 4 Characters crashing!

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
My two oldest characters crash when I click on play. I get this error,

Fatal Error: Error decompressing data. Verifying Files in the launcher may fix this issue.

Nothing seems to fix this bug. I've done safe mode and verified the files without any change. 2 of my 4 toons are locked out because of this crash. Strange because it worked flawlessly just last night. I never had this bug before?

Any clues?

    Are you running the game through Steam, by chance?

    No steam. I don't use that. I'm reinstalling the game to see if that may fix it.

    I did some googling and found some steam users getting the same error, that's why I asked. They said uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the problem, so hopefully that will work.

    I reinstall the game and it worked. Dunno why I needed todo that? I'm glad my net is unlimited.. I feel bad for those who have caps on there net.
