Starbase WINTER Special Projects

I noticed the Limited Time Special Projects for 2013 and 2014 are available as well as the one for 2015. If this is intentional, any reason the one from 2012 isn't there? My fleet never got around to grind those when they were available initially but we're doing them now. Would be nice if the one from 2012 was added.
