I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.

I might not like the idea of the 70% of the objectives in 10 queues of normal before trying advanced. 70% of any amount of them, particularly when you have to make up the lost progress (or none at all) the first few times, should really be a testimony to not just their ability to learn, and also rise back from adversity. Capping it at 10 just says "fck you" to slow learners.
Advanced being normal+ may not have been the right move but I'm not surprised it happened. With the advanced as it was when DR first hit, it was harder of course, but it wasn't normal. I can deal with risk, as well as defeat, but the viciousness afterward, be it directed at me or not, is sickening. When people feel entitled to victory, when they don't win, they put on some venomous displays in the chatbox. People put others on ignore for a reason. Sometimes they rack up the ignore list too quickly for mere quips that they don't like. Too often it is about not having to put up with anyone's TRIBBLE after being burned by another player so often. I cannot agree that using ship emotes to troll others is anything other than abusive conduct. It is just another thing I would now expect from DPS-trolls, and is among the reasons I so seldomly play anything on the queue list. This level of putridity need to have less weapons available, not more.
I would like to see elite borg queues return, and not watered down queues either, real elite queues. A challenge for any who find advanced not challenging enough and who wants to hunt bigger game.As mentioned before, I don't play elite queues myself, or any for the most part. But for the benefit of others, it would be nice to have the options available. The elite queues need to return with the challenge intact.
I'm glad to see a new dawn for torpedoes, and will try to get some Terran torps for my toons.
