I got the T6 bundle code added to my account today, when I thought I was just SOL and missed the whole window. This was a pleasant surprise to come home to since my day was really crummy. I was hoping that as a company/pairing you would make an effort to make everyone on all sides of the promotion happy, and at least for me you have. Not sure how it all came about, but happy that it did.

So thank you. I'm not shy about voicing concerns/complaints, but I also like to call out the good things.

(Yes, I know this sounds "fan boy" like, but I do feel like I got good service, and that deserves recognition in my book.)
