QoL suggestion for consistency and sanity in map changes between fleet holdings

A lot of us have to beam between our various fleet holdings to access different resources and unique doff missions. That alone is fine, but can we have some consistency in between transwarps such that if you start out on a ground map such as your fleet base, you transwarp to a ground map (e.g. Dil Mine). As it stands you're always whisked away to a space map regardless of your previous state, and I think the lower number of map changes would be beneficial to server load as well.
