Command arrays equipment?

Is this equipment still coming, we have heard very little about this one. Since it was talked about in a interview with captian geko. I hope this isn't just going to be added to their abandoned idea's list.

    Pretty sure they evolved into the cruiser commands we have now
    Fleet Advanced Research Vessel T6
    Commander Science, Lieutenant Commander Engineering, Lieutenant Commander Universal, Lieutenant Tactical, Ensign Science

    Yeah, this is very old stuff, back when this game was Escorts Online and no ship capable of fitting DHCs would fit any Beams. The devs strove to make Cruisers more relevant and the Cruiser Commands was one of the first big steps. A2B was the first. It was already in the game but wasn't en vogue to use at the time.

    No it's defiantly after cruiser commands were released, he was talking about them finally putting in secondary deflectors to science ships other then the dyson promo ships, but also adding slots to cruisers. So when they released the item they would have a slot to put them in.

    I think it was priority one but I'm not sure and haven't been able to find that interview yet.

    There's been no word about these for a long time. Chances are the idea was scrapped and Cryptic has settled with just cruiser commands.

    Considering how well off Cruisers in general are these days, they don't need anymore help. We're not in the days of "Escorts Online" or "DHCs or GTFO" anymore.

    I'm hoping they add the targeting computer's for escort class ships too, that was a possibility. I just like the idea of most ships having unique equipment and effects.
