Visuals of Reman shield interfere with cloak visuals

The visuals of the Reman Prototype Covariant Shield Array make your ship appear uncloaked to yourself and to allies. I've tested this with regular cloak, Battle Cloak, and Enhanced Battle Cloak, but not with Romulan Battle Cloak. I also haven't tested whether the same problem occurs with the Romulan Prototype Covariant Shield Array.

Steps to reproduce

Regular cloak

1. Log on to Euphonie@frtoaster.
2. Go to the Qo'noS Shipyard.
3. Switch to the I.K.S. Stanza IV, a Vor'Kang Battle Cruiser.
4. Equip the item "Reman Prototype Covariant Shield Array Mk X".
5. Beam out to the Qo'noS System.
6. Activate cloak.
7. Enable the visuals on the shield. Observe that the ship does not look cloaked.

8. Disable the visuals on the shield. Now, the ship looks cloaked.

Battle Cloak

1. Log on to Euphonie@frtoaster.
2. Go to the Qo'noS Shipyard.
3. Switch to the I.K.S. Stanza II, a Qaw'Dun Bird-of-Prey.
4. Equip the item "Reman Prototype Covariant Shield Array Mk X".
5. Beam out to the Qo'noS System.
6. Activate Battle Cloak.
7. Enable the visuals on the shield. Observe that the ship does not look cloaked.

Enhanced Battle Cloak

1. Log on to Euphonie@frtoaster.
2. Go to the Qo'noS Shipyard.
3. Switch to the I.K.S. Stanza V, a B'rel Bird-of-Prey Retrofit.
4. Equip the item "Reman Prototype Covariant Shield Array Mk X".
5. Beam out to the Qo'noS System.
6. Activate Enhanced Battle Cloak.
7. Enable the visuals on the shield. Observe that the ship does not look cloaked.

It's not just the Reman shield. It's any shield with visuals. I've confirmed it with every shield I have that has visuals. Reman, Romulan, KHG, AKHG, Aegis,... all of them.
