Ruul Tarr not showing rad dmg for plasma repeater pistol

The plasma repeater pistol, has an exploit secondary attack but, unlike other weapons, this doff doesn't show it has any effect on this weapon.

Has been bug reported.

And, it works with the plasma repeating rifle fyi.
