Auxiliary to Structural Integrity Field III Increases Critical Chance?!

So yeaterday I was doing some math calculating CrtH and CrtD combos. Anyway, before I logged off I wrote my numbers down to do math at work my Critical Chance was 17.3%. Today I log back in after the patch and I noticed my Critical Chance was 15.4%, a difference of 1.9%. I had changed nothing.

Anywho after messing around with traits and gear trying to figure out what had happened I started popping all my powers. When I got to Aux2SIF III my 15.4% went back up to 17.3%. That was on Nimbus space.

I warped to Sol and it went back down to 15.4% popped Aux2SIF III and it went and stayed at 17.3%. Warped to DS9 and same thing happened. Did Blood of the Ancients, same thing.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or is this just a visual bug for me?

Be great if anyone can confirm. My Critical Chance should be at 17.3%. Just annoying that I have to pop Aux2SIF III first every time whenever I warp into a space map.

Could possibly be triggering a trait/specialization I am guessing, as some heals like this one I believe, trigger a red alert status causing some abilities to automatically trigger as well.

But, this is only guessing as to the actual cause.

Unfortunately I don't have any skills that would boost Aux2SIF. I tried taking all my gear out and putting it back in and it still does the same thing. Looks like Engineering team does the same thing.

The only good thing is that once I pop it it the crit chance stays until I go to another map.
