Sector Duty Officer Assignments still does NOT Update

altho patch-note does not mention this problem, its still bugged.
i cant take up any new assignments in any and all sector-blocks as its just does not update
(it does update for 2 seconds or less but than it jumps back where they are all gone and theres no time to clik on the assignment that fast before its bugs backwards)
