Nebulae too Blown Out

Even with the new reduced bloom most of the nebulae are still extremely blown out with large glaring white hotspots that can even strobe at times.
Also, to me at least, some are too small. The new Yan and Mutara and Chos nebulas are great and well done but then when you get to some of the old "exploration" ones, they just seem teeny tiny. Tiny and extremely blown out. To me they need to be scaled up to match the "non-exploration" nebulas
